By accessing and using InfluenSync ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform
  • Users under 18 may require parental consent for certain activities
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

3.2 Account Types

  • Brand Accounts: For businesses seeking influencer partnerships
  • Influencer Accounts: For content creators and social media influencers

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Permitted Use

  • Create and manage influencer marketing campaigns
  • Connect and collaborate with other users
  • Access analytics and performance data
  • Use communication tools for campaign purposes

4.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Sharing false or misleading information
  • Attempting to circumvent our matching algorithm
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or payment disputes
  • Harassing or abusing other users
  • Uploading malicious content or code

5. Campaign Terms

5.1 Campaign Creation

Brands may create campaigns with specific objectives, budgets, and requirements. All campaign terms must be clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties.

5.2 Content Guidelines

  • All content must comply with platform guidelines and applicable laws
  • Content must be original and not infringe on third-party rights
  • Brands have the right to review and approve content before publication
  • Influencers must disclose sponsored content as required by law

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Escrow System

All payments are processed through our secure escrow system with milestone-based releases to ensure fair compensation and deliverable completion.

6.2 Fees and Charges

  • Platform fees will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion
  • Payment processing fees may apply
  • Refund policies are subject to campaign-specific terms

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original content. By using our platform, you grant InfluenSync a limited license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Data and Analytics

Our platform provides comprehensive analytics and insights. Users acknowledge that:

  • Analytics data is provided for informational purposes
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% precision
  • Users are responsible for their own data interpretation and decisions

9. Social Media Integrations and Third-Party Services

9.1 Instagram and Meta Integration

Our platform integrates with Instagram and other Meta services to provide enhanced functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to:

  • Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
  • Allow data sharing between InfluenSync and Meta platforms as necessary for service functionality
  • Understand that Meta's privacy policies and terms also apply to integrated features
  • Accept that we may use Meta Business Tools for analytics and advertising purposes

9.2 Third-Party Responsibility

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

InfluenSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
